Julius Wilson Lundang built the Gelly app as a Free app. This Service is provided by Julius Wilson Lundang at no cost and is intended for use as is. I am committed to protecting the privacy of your data. This Privacy Policy explains more specifically what information I collect, use and disclose about you when you access or use my websites and applications, which I refer to collectively as “the Service”
Note that if you use Gelly Basic or Premium, you are both the Account Holder and End User of a Gelly Service account.
Although significant changes are rare, this policy may be amended as new features, technology, or legal requirements arise, so please check back from time to time. I’ll notify you if I make a significant change and, where required, seek your consent.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in my Terms of Service, which is accessible at Gelly unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
I built Gelly to help you remember and organize your physical and digital data and in case of death or incapacity, Gelly will assure you that contacts you listed as your Emergency Contact will be alerted. I will not disclose nor provide your information, or your Content, to anyone even your next kin, unless they are declared in your Emergency Contact. Your Emergency Contact MUST provide legal intent and request to access your Content. I pledge to protect the privacy of your Content will continue, even after your death or incapacity.
You can input, upload or store in Gelly any text or data that you choose - I refer to that information as “Content”. The app does use third party services that may collect information to identify you.

I am committed to protecting the privacy of your information. Below, I describe the ways in which I use the information I collect and receive to provide, maintain and improve the Service; to provide troubleshooting and customer support; to protect the Service for all my users; and to contact you.
You have control over who sees you Content. I limit the use of your Content to make sure that no one at Gelly can view it unless you expressly give me permission or it’s necessary to comply with my legal obligations.
Gelly is not in the business of selling or renting your information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse my cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
I value your trust in providing me your Personal Information and Content, thus I am striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. The Service uses HTTPS/SSL protocol when transferring your data over the network. Your Content are encrypted before being persisted to my database. When accessing your Content, data retrieved from my database are decrypted on your device premise. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
I vigilantly protect the privacy of your account. I will not disclose your information to law enforcement or other governmental authorities unless I believe it is required to comply with warrants, court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful government requests.
Your data is yours - in most cases, you can manage your information simply by logging into your account and editing your information and Content directly within the Gelly Service. However, if you prefer, you can contact me to delete your personal information and Content.
Gelly’s mission is to help you manage your physical and digital data. In order to do that, I make the Content you store in Gelly readily accessible to you, until you make the decision to delete it. If you delete your Content and then sync, it will no longer be accessible to you.
As described above, you can delete your Content at any time. You SHOULD contact me to disable your account so that your emergency contact will not be notified by my automated alert system.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information. I will immediately delete this from my servers. If you are a parent or guarding and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be be to do necessary actions.
